One of the key advantages of bushing bearings is their inherent self-lubrication feature. With a PTFE lining serving as a solid lubricant, it reduces friction and wear between the bearing and shaft. This self-lubricating characteristic eliminates the need for external lubrication, making DU bearings suitable for applications in challenging maintenance and lubrication environments.
Table of Content
The basic working principle of bushing bearings is that, during the initial operational stages, a solid lubricant on the bearing surface forms a transfer film through mutual friction. This film eventually coats the mating part, creating a solid lubrication layer, thereby achieving a self-lubricating effect. This solid lubrication layer effectively isolates direct contact between the self-lubricating bearing and the components, providing excellent protection to the mating part and further extending the service life of the bearing and components.
SF-1 bushes are widely used in various applications, such as hydraulic vehicles, cars, motorcycles, agricultural machinery, textile machinery, printing machinery, gymnastic equipment, etc. In addition, it can also be used in commercial machines, water pumps, valves, household appliances, material processing, marine engines, packaging, textile equipment, tools, and many other fields.
