-Shield Material : 2RS(Rubber)-
Thin wall ball bearings are different from conventional deep groove ball bearings in that cross-section of each series are designed to be a fixed size, which do not increase as an inner diameter increased.
In order to support different kinds of loads, thin wall ball bearings are available in three types, radial contact (L-type), angular contact (M-type), and four-point contact (N-type).
The use of small outer diameter steel balls can reduce friction significantly, it is high rigidity and provides good rotational accuracy.
The thin wall ball bearings with large bores and small cross-sections can use the large-diameter hollow shafts to replace small-diameter solid shafts, which use hollow shafts to ensure space for light weight and wiring.

Thin wall bearing is suitable for the rotary mechanisms in modern machinery which require a compact, simple and lightweight design. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight and low friction. It is in a small size and light weight, has space saving, weight reduced and external dimensions reduced, low friction and having good rotation accuracy.
The diversity of thin wall ball bearings makes them suitable for a wide range of applications, such as aerospace, semiconductor processing equipment, robotics, medical equipment and other fields.
